**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director - Hospice Pharmacy to join our team at OnePoint Patient Care. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive growth and revenue in our hospice pharmacy business line.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth in the hospice pharmacy business line
- Partner with marketing leadership to establish best practices and manage trade partnerships
- Identify business opportunities and analyze areas for expansion
- Analyze financial and market research data to make professional management decisions
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university
- No less than five years of direct hospice pharmacy PBM sales experience and/or training
- A deep and broad professional network that aligns to our target client base preferred
