- Provide expert technical advice on complex HSE issues to line management and site personnel, guiding significant safety decisions and strategies.
- Lead and motivate HSE teams across multiple locations, embedding a strong, sustainable HSE culture company-wide.
- Policy Development and Compliance:
- Develop, execute, and oversee HSE plans aligned with organizational goals, ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory standards.
- Enhance safety protocols and procedures, ensuring robust compliance across all operations.
- Safety Culture and Training:
- Design and deliver comprehensive HSE training and development programs, fostering a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
