Key Responsibilities: As a Senior Safety Project Manager at OneSource EHS, your primary focus will be on overseeing and managing multiple projects with direct accountability to our clients, emphasizing the implementation and compliance of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) programs.
Main Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety plans for multiple projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Lead day-to-day safety initiatives, managing scheduling, allocation, and oversight of EHS personnel to provide optimal project support.
- Oversee compliance with safety regulations, supporting the development and implementation of site-specific safety plans, policies, and procedures to address a diverse array of safety and health issues.
- Ensure effective implementation of site safety plans and maintain adherence to safety protocols, monitoring and maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Identify and mitigate potential hazards associated with work tasks, environments, and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), working collaboratively with project teams to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
