We’re working with a well-established privately held manufacturing company located on the Gulf Coast and their expertise is design, fabrication, and finishing of highly technical products that involve the application of complex composite materials required by certain DoD and commercial customers. They are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager with a background in manufacturing and proven leadership experience to oversee projects and manage a team of engineers.
Key Qualifying Questions :
- Do you have a 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering roles?
- Do you have a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Materials, or related field); a Master’s degree is preferred?
- Are you familiar with composite materials, manufacturing techniques, and industry standards?
- Are you proficient in CAD software, SolidWorks preferred, and engineering tools relevant to composite design and analysis.
- Do you have or are you able to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance?
- Do you experience working with Defense Contract Management Agency and other Department of Defense agencies and customers?
