What are the responsibilities and job description for the Controller position at OneSource Staffing Solutions?
Are you a Hands-on Controller looking for a career with a growing Manufacturing Company? If so, we have the position for you right here in Owens Cross Roads, AL. Our client seeks an experienced Controller.
In this role you will play an integral role in maintaining the Company’s accounting records and transactions in accordance with prescribed Company policies. The role participates in the financial closing process including Income Statement and Balance Sheet preparation, account analysis / reconciliation of general ledger accounts, maintaining payroll system, Costing and the preparation of various journal entries.
Standards :
- Ensure Monthly General Ledger closings are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Monthly forecasting responsibilities
- Ensure that all monthly reporting, e.g. margin analysis, expense reporting, is prepared accurately and submitted prior to established deadlines.
- Develop, implement, and maintain the control standards required to ensure the integrity of financial reporting.
- Ensure all financials are in accordance with Corporate generated Policies.
- Experience with both Job and Process Costing
- This person will be a working Controller with a staff of 2
