Position: MIG Welder- Shifts Available: 1st & 2nd shifts (Monday–Thursday, 10-hour shifts)
- Pay Rate: $20.50–$21.50 per hour
- Requirements: Must pass a 10-panel drug screen, National Data Background Check, and E-Verify process.
Responsibilities:
As a MIG Welder, you will:
- Seam, weld, and/or fully weld doors and frames in a timely fashion.
- Read and interpret manufacturing drawings.
- Operate MIG welders, grinders, buffers, shears, OBI punches, and saws.
- Apply and finish body filler compounds.
- Grind, sand, or buff doors and/or frames to prepare them for painting.
Skills and Experience:
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- A High School Diploma/GED or Silver CRC certification.
- Previous welding experience.
- The ability to read manufacturing/shop drawings and use a tape measure.
- Previous experience or a willingness to learn to use hand tools and hardware.
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
