JOB SUMMARY :
The Program Assistant facilitates the efficient operation of the department by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.
- Welcomes and directs visitors and clients.
- Maintains electronic filing systems as assigned.
- Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed.
- Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
- Coordinates and schedules meetings, and appointments for managers or supervisors.
- Distributes client mail.
- Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.
- Check’s in clients upon arrival for outpatient services and ensures timely reporting of attendance.
- Monitors electronic medical record support tickets in collaboration with the electronic medical record super admin.
- Maintains electronic medical record system user profiles in collaboration with the electronic medical record super admin.
- Participates in the implementation of small projects in collaboration with the project team lead.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
