As a Generative AI Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in harnessing the power of AI to drive innovation and solve complex business problems. Business Analysis:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions.
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering and analysis to understand business needs.
- Develop detailed functional and non-functional requirements for AI projects.
- Create data flow diagrams, use case diagrams, and other relevant documentation.
- Communicate findings to stakeholders through visualizations and reports.
- Participate in testing prior to stakeholder UAT.
- Assist and participate in OSW IT projects when required.
- Provide technical support and training to staff on AI systems and procedures.
- Develop user-friendly instructions and guidelines to help staff understand and use AI tools efficiently and effectively.
- Administration of the AI platform (KORE.ai).
- Establishment and documentation of administration best practices.
- Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
- Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyse model performance and data accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Present complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Manage expectations and address concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive the implementation of AI initiatives across the business.
- Understand and adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines for AI development and deployment.

- 10 years of commercial experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. PMP Certification is highly preferred.
- Spa, Wellness, Fitness, Cruise, Travel, or Hospitality industry experience preferred
- Proven experience in project management, with a focus on software development projects.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management software tools.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Proven experience in working with a global team
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and of project management tools.
- Experience in Agile teams.
- Experience project managing AI projects.
- Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize work and well organized.
