Position Summary

As a Generative AI Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in harnessing the power of AI to drive innovation and solve complex business problems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, translate them into actionable requirements, and oversee the development and deployment of AI-powered solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Business Analysis :

Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions.
Conduct thorough requirements gathering and analysis to understand business needs.
Develop detailed functional and non-functional requirements for AI projects.
Create data flow diagrams, use case diagrams, and other relevant documentation.
Communicate findings to stakeholders through visualizations and reports.
Participate in testing prior to stakeholder UAT.
Assist and participate in OSW IT projects when required.
Provide technical support and training to staff on AI systems and procedures.
Develop user-friendly instructions and guidelines to help staff understand and use AI tools efficiently and effectively.
Administration of the AI platform (KORE.ai).
Establishment and documentation of administration best practices.

Project Management :

Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.

Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyse model performance and data accuracy.

Stakeholder Management :

Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Present complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Manage expectations and address concerns throughout the project lifecycle.

AI Strategy Development and Ethical Considerations :

Drive the implementation of AI initiatives across the business.

Understand and adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines for AI development and deployment.

Ensure responsible and transparent use of AI.

Stay updated with latest technology trends and developments in the field of AI.

Attend workshops and conferences to learn and implement new methodologies.

Qualifications

10 years of commercial experience.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. PMP Certification is highly preferred.

Spa, Wellness, Fitness, Cruise, Travel, or Hospitality industry experience preferred

Proven experience in project management, with a focus on software development projects.

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in project management software tools.

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

Proven experience in working with a global team

Knowledge and Skills

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and of project management tools.

Experience in Agile teams.

Experience project managing AI projects.

Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize work and well organized.

Ability to solve complex problems and take a new perspective on existing solutions.

Understanding of how to get the best from the team and make them feel highly engaged.

Strong relationship building and communication skills with the ability to work cross functionally.

Ability to create short and long term plans that align across multiple business functions and partners.

Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, as well as externally.
