Full Time: Starting Yearly Salary $57,200.00. Flexible only with extensive managerial experience.
($27.50 an hour based on average of 40 hrs per week).
Extensive resume experience is considered when evaluating a salary.

Schedule
- Flexible Schedule of Day Shifts and Night Shifts Work Requirement.

- Every 6-month Travel to Home Corporate Office Training and Company Updates
Requirements
- Language: English/Spanish
- Valid Driver's License & Own Vehicle

Job Description:
- Team Communication and Collaboration are essential. A Regional Operations Manager who is eager to earn opportunities. A manager capable of handling multiple customer sites with problem-solving skills. Have leadership experience, is organized, and an effective communicator with management skills. Working within our customer sites to ensure that the janitor employees provide quality service and meet the client's needs. Duties include working on employee scheduling, hiring/firing, and site training for each site supervisor. Submitting employee payroll for each pay period, weekly customer communication calls/emails, monthly/quarterly site visits to customers on a balanced rotation schedule, and overseeing the quality of cleaning at the customer site. Being well organized will ensure a well-balanced family/work life.
