• Lead and manage full cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding candidates for various positions within the organization
• Implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent, utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
• Screen and assess candidates through phone and in-person interviews, evaluating their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on recruiting best practices
• Manage candidate relationships, keeping them informed throughout the recruitment process and providing a positive candidate experience
• Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate data, track hiring metrics, and generate reports
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, continuously improving recruitment strategies and processes
  
  
  

Requirements

• 1 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
• Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
