Seek out, interview, and screen applicants to fill existing and future job openings and promote career opportunities within an organization; support other HR functional areas as assigned.
Essential Duties & Functions
- Perform full cycle recruiting to staffing all levels within the budget
- Employment process improvement- reduce the number of days to fill positions
- Responsible for reviewing all resumes and applications
- Works with hiring managers to select candidates and makes hiring decisions
- Researches new advertising resources that are cost effective and provide results
- Assists with and creating and/or revising job descriptions
- Works collaboratively with all levels of the organization to understand their specific hiring needs
- Partners with and supports existing programs, including talent management initiatives
- Strictly adheres to all HIPAA, TFHC, state, federal and accreditation agency rules, regulations and standards
- Supports the Mission, Vision and Values of Tampa Family Health Centers, Inc. (TFHC)
- Works collaboratively with the Director of Human Resources to fill all positions with qualified candidates
- Places all advertising
- Attends job fairs, as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Associates Degree preferred
- Prior healthcare or hospital recruiting experience, preferred
