Sales Representative & Customer Service

Representatives will handle inbound calls for industry leading mobile company customers in order to help resolve issues and to try to provide additional value by offering a service or product to their account.

Responsibilities:

• Provide inbound customer service for industry leading mobile company business customers.
• Capitalize on all opportunities to expand services.
• Consistently provide a great customer experience.

• 1 years of sales experience is an asset, but not required
• Hospitality or call center experience is an asset, but not required
• Excellent communication and written skills
• Computer skills including typing, navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems
• Passionate about resolving issues and creating a great customer experience
• Dynamic personality with high energy
• Ability to handle high-stress situations and escalated issues
• Respect and maintain customer and client confidentiality

• Weekly % Monthly Commission Structure

• Full-Time Hours: 40 hours per week schedule, with overtime opportunities! ·
