Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Branch Manager, located in Ohio, OH with some work from home flexibility. The Branch Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensure compliance with all regulations, develop and implement sales strategies, and manage a team of loan officers and support staff. Responsibilities also include monitoring loan applications, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Base Salary available for Producing and Non-Producing Managers calculated from proforma.
Qualifications
- Experience in loan processing, underwriting, and mortgage lending
- Team leadership and management skills
- Strong understanding of financial and operational metrics
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in compliance and regulatory requirements
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field (preferred)
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is beneficial
