The Challenge
The Senior HRBP, GTM is responsible for helping to build, organize and drive delivery of best in class people strategy and services initiatives to client groups the OT Global Sales organization, including the AMER Core Sales, Global Specialist Sales and Solution Engineering teams.
You will serve as a key partner and consultant to client leaders, employees and managers and play a critical role in aligning business strategies with OneTrust human resource strategy to accelerate performance of the Sales organization. You will also be a key stakeholder and driver in the development and deployment of HR programs to the broader Go To Market organization.
Your Mission
Strategic Business Partner/Consultant
- Serve as a partner and trusted advisor to senior leaders who carry a significant responsibility for driving the growth and success of the OneTrust brand and business.
- Help leaders see multiple steps ahead and optimize their decision-making to achieve OneTrust’s growth goals through a well-honed talent strategy lens.
- Leverage your knowledge of the business to partner with peers across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation and People Services.
- Identify opportunities for building and continuously improving operational practices, talent management programs, recruiting strategies, organizational effectiveness activities, leader development, cultural initiatives, employee relations processes and more.
- Make the complex simple to drive clarity and efficiency in service delivery across matrixed HR functions to your business so that we show up as OneTeam.
Data Analytics & Measurement
- Assist BU leadership and functional partners in Finance and Strategy and Operations with data analytics to support business decision-making and C-Suite reporting and drive industry best practices within the operational unit.
- Build from your own data analytic experience and instincts to derive insights you can use to influence business outcomes for the better!
Strategic Program Management and Change Agency
- Lead operating rhythms with key stakeholders, partnering to ensure coordination and execution with high velocity and quality.
- Define and drive project roadmaps to facilitate stakeholder alignment and ensure timely delivery of multi-stage Business and HR initiatives across areas of organizational change, performance management, succession planning, career pathing and employee engagement.
- Define and drive key activities that prepare leaders to lead through change, equip managers to support change and enable employees to understand change.
HR Function Partnership and Alignment
- Partner with stakeholders across HR Operations, Compensation, Talent Management, Legal, Finance and Strategy to meet the business cultural and business needs of your client groups.

Your Experience Includes
- 6 years of experience in progressively larger / more complex HR roles, with at least 2 years as an HRBP supporting VP business leaders
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- A track record of success in high-change, fast-paced work environments
- Strong track record of partnering with COEs to deliver meaningful results to the business
- Strong track record of establishing and growing credibility with operational partners to enable well-aligned support for your client groups
- Demonstrated proficiency in multiple HR functional areas including leadership coaching and development, employee relations, organizational development, talent strategy, compensation, performance management, program/process management, program management.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PPT and Workday
