About the Role :
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Receptionist to join our team at Denison Yachting in Florida. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, and you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Your main responsibility will be to manage our multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate department and providing excellent phone etiquette. Additionally, you will be responsible for general administrative tasks, such as copying, filing, and data entry, as well as greeting clients and visitors and ensuring their needs are met.
Minimum Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
