About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Advisor to join our team at Spend A Day Marina in SAD. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. You will be the primary point of contact for clients who require maintenance or repair services for their boats. Your main goal will be to ensure that all clients receive timely and efficient service, and that their needs are met to the highest standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the marine industry or automotive field
- Knowledge of boats and boating equipment (not required)
- Experience with service scheduling
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and provide them with a warm welcome upon arrival
- Listen to clients' concerns and accurately document their service requests
- Provide clients with detailed information about the services we offer and the costs involved
- Schedule appointments and ensure that all service requests are completed in a timely and efficient manner
