Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in data entry and administrative tasks.
- Strong understanding of title processing and related documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the marine or automotive industry.
- Familiarity with spreadsheets and financial reconciliation processes.
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
Responsibilities:
- Process and manage vehicle title applications and transfers in accordance with state regulations.
- Answer multi-line phone calls and provide excellent customer service to clients and team members.
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist in financial reporting as needed.
- Maintain organized filing systems for all title-related documents and ensure data entry accuracy.
- Collaborate with the service department and other teams to resolve any title-related issues promptly.
Skills:
The required skills for this position, such as understanding and following instructions, are essential for accurately processing titles and ensuring compliance with regulations. Answering phones and providing excellent customer service will be a daily task, as you will be the first point of contact for clients with title inquiries.
