Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and welcome all visitors, both in person and over the phone, ensuring a warm and helpful experience.
- Sales Support: Assist the Sales Team in organizing paperwork and supporting the sales process for a seamless customer experience.
- Administrative Duties: Provide essential administrative support to the General Manager and Sales Team, including managing communications, mail processing, and maintaining files.
- Reception Area: Keep our reception area organized and welcoming.
- Event Participation: Be an active participant in boat shows, in-store, and off-site sales and customer events, contributing to the success of each event.
