What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Paralegal position at Ongaro PC?
San Francisco-based firm is seeking junior and mid-level paralegal to join our sophisticated litigation practice. We try cases, and the successful candidate will gain valuable trial experience and become part of a top-ranked trial firm. Candidates should have 1-3 years of litigation experience. Our paralegals work collaboratively with our lawyers, staff and clients, and are key members of our team.
This position will assist with a busy warranty and / or employment litigation caseload, primarily in California. While local candidates are preferred, we may accommodate remote work for exceptional candidates.
Expected responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :
- Working on all aspects of litigation from inception through trials and appeals.
- Drafting memoranda of understanding and obtaining / organizing documents
- Assisting with propounding and responding to written discovery and organization of documents
- Working with clients and witnesses
Pursuant with California law, the salary range for this position will be $80,000-95,000 based on experience.
