The Acquisitions Manager is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and acquiring high-potential investment properties. This role blends sales strategy, market research, and negotiation skills to help the company secure properties at favorable terms for resale to our investor network. You will be working directly with motivated sellers, managing pre-qualified leads, and following a proven sales process to close deals that align with the company’s investment criteria.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to connect with motivated property sellers.
- Build strong relationships by handling objections, building rapport, and establishing trust.
- Work with pre-qualified leads to gather in-depth property details and seller motivation.
- Actively listen and take detailed, accurate notes during seller conversations.
- Learn and apply foundational knowledge of property evaluation, pricing strategies, and ARV calculations.
- Negotiate purchase agreements that align with company guidelines and profitability targets.
- Follow a proven sales process and close deals effectively and ethically.
- Collaborate with the acquisitions, dispositions, and operations teams to ensure seamless deal flow and execution.
Qualifications:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in real estate acquisitions or a similar sales-focused role.
(Sales Experience is a Must!)
- Strong research, analytical, and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with local real estate markets and investment principles.
- Experience in both residential and commercial real estate is a plus.
- Proven ability to work well in a collaborative, team-driven environment.
