Compensation :
120,000 at plan earnings
Responsibilities :
Conduct outbound and inbound calls to connect with property sellers.Build strong relationships with sellers, addressing objections and fostering trust.Work with pre-qualified leads, gathering detailed property information.Actively listen and take comprehensive notes during seller interactions.Learn and apply the basics of investment property evaluation and pricing.Negotiate purchase agreements aligned with company criteria.Follow a proven sales process to close deals effectively.Collaborate with the team to achieve collective success.Qualifications :
Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-orientedExceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phonePreference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work1 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferredWhat We’re Looking For :
2-3 years of experience in real estate acquisitions or a similar sales-driven role.Strong research, analytical, and negotiation skills.Knowledge of local real estate markets and investment strategies.Experience working in both residential and commercial real estate (preferred).Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment, while contributing to others' growth.Must embody Company Core Values : Loyalty, Integrity, Drive-Hunger, Perseverance.Professional appearance and attitude.Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field (preferred but not required).Sales experience is a must!
