Work Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour, with potential increases based on experience and tenure.
Responsibilities:
- Convert time cards to military time.
- Handle a variety of accounting tasks, including management of expenses and liabilities.
- Process and enter invoices accurately and promptly.
- Manage receipts and payments efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with prevailing wage requirements.
Work Experience
The Preferred Candidate:
- Proven experience in a similar role in accounting or HR.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
- Familiarity with military time conversion.
- Knowledge of prevailing wage laws and regulations.
