Additionally, you will counsel temporary associates on job-related matters and help build a talent pipeline. Networking both online and offline to attract top candidates will be a key component of your role, along with reducing time-to-hire.

Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates on Indeed, Facebook, Zip Recruiter & Career Builder
- Ability to leverage recruiting methods to proactively drive candidates to the office
- Solid understanding and knowledge of recruiting strategies and market trends
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
- Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
- Write and post job descriptions utilizing a proprietary CRM
- Understanding of full on-boarding process including, E-verify, I-9, background checks, drug testing protocols and client orientations.
- Coordinate with on-site leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
- Coordinate events focused on employee recognition and job opportunities
- Understanding and compliance with worker compensation protocol
- Solid understanding of employment law as it relates to interactions with our teammates, clients, and coworkers.
- Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
- Ability to work well alone and with a team with little to no supervision
- Proactive thinker and effective communication with coworkers and leadership
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work well under pressure and respond to deadlines in a timely and professional manner accurately
