What You’ll Do as a Bilingual Production Scheduler:
- Use your bilingual (English & Spanish) skills to communicate with staff and customers
- Schedule and coordinate production activities to maintain efficiency and meet customer needs
- Keep ERP and Production Software updated for seamless workflow
- Communicate production capacities, bottlenecks, and schedules with supervisors and managers
- Enter product information and maintain accurate job files
- Monitor inventory of plant and office supplies
- Provide administrative support and assist with additional tasks as needed
Work Experience
The Preferred Candidate Will Bring:
- Strong oral and written communication skills (English & Spanish)
- Excellent time management, organization, and planning abilities
- Sharp critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in ERP or production scheduling software (preferred)
- High School Diploma or GED required – Manufacturing or Warehouse experience is needed!
