Onin Staffing Brownsville is now hiring for a local US Customs Brokerage and warehousing firm. Seeking a very organized individual who can support their Accounting and Administrative department.
Responsibilities:
Quickbooks Management: Manage Accounts Receivable/Payables, reconciling transactions, and generating financial reports using Quickbooks.
Filing & Organization: Maintain both digital and physical records, ensuring documentation is organized and easily accessible.
Assist Administrative Staff, Answering and Directing phones, Maintain a clean and organized office, Workspace and Filing system.
Process Payroll
Assists in identifying past due accounts, and issuing delinquent letters.
Maintains fixed assets accounts, including depreciation schedules.
Assists with the preparation of monthly financial statements, operation, summary, and other financial reports.
Work Experience
Requirements:
2-3 years of Quickbooks Experience
2-3 Years Bookkeeping Experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite(Word , Excel and Outlook)
Bilingual
40 hours per weeks, Monday to Friday Pay is $14-$17ph.
Salary : $14 - $17
