Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets for coils.
- Identify and target potential customers and market segments to expand the customer base.
- Lead the sales team to meet or exceed sales goals, providing guidance and support to ensure a high performance culture.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and make informed business decisions.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product management, marketing, and operations, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Lead high-level negotiations, ensuring long-term contracts and strategic partnerships.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company's products and expand the network of potential customers.
- Direct sales teams in building strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
Sales Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead the sales team by providing guidance, coaching, and performance management to ensure sales goals are met or exceeded.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales team.
- Collaborate with other departments, including engineering and production, to ensure the seamless integration of sales commitments with project execution.
