• 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm
• Full-time Opportunity: 40 hours per week
• Competitive Pay: $18.00/hr

As a Facility Maintenance and Groundskeeper, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the appearance and functionality of our grounds and facilities. Every day will bring a variety of tasks that keep our property clean, safe, and welcoming for all.

Your Day-to-Day Might Include:

• Keeping the grounds, parking lot, and building exterior neat and orderly
• Handling light maintenance tasks like changing light bulbs and painting containers
• Organizing and delivering supplies or packages
• Ensuring water coolers are full and boxes are stocked
• Cleaning, restocking, and keeping frequently used areas in top condition

The Preferred Candidate Might:

• Be self-motivated
• Enjoy working inside/outside in any weather condition
• Be able to work independently with little supervision or as part of a team
• Know how to operate a sit-down forklift or be willing to learn
• Need to frequently stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, or repetitively carry loads of up to 50 lbs or more
• Please note: This position requires a good amount of walking!
