- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm shift
- First point of contact for all customers and visitors
- Perform administrative assistant duties for various departments
- Maintain an understanding of business operations/services

What You'll Do as: Front Desk Associate
- Greet visitors and comply with building security policies
- Prepare outgoing mail/packages and arrange for any necessary pick up
- Perform general office duties as needed
- Assist with company mailings
- Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner
Work Experience
Preferred Candidate Might:
- Associates degree in business or related field
- 2‐3 years of clerical, secretarial, or office experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to learn quickly and to creatively solve new problems
