Your Role: Laser Operator
As a Laser Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Operating CNC laser cutting machines to precision standards
- Loading raw materials using a crane or forklift
- Setting machine parameters to ensure optimal performance
- Performing operator-level maintenance to keep machines running smoothly
- Inspecting and cleaning parts after cutting to ensure quality
What we’re looking for:
- Prior experience operating CNC laser cutting machines is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Work Experience
The preferred candidate might:
- 2 years experience with laser cutting machines or similar CNC machinery
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience operating overhead crane and forklifts
- Knowledge of general measurement devices
