Role and Responsibilities
- Set up machines (recipes, changeover) to start a production run
- Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)
- Load and stage raw materials semi-automated machines
- Complete all production and quality paperwork as required
- Able to troubleshoot machine issues during the shift
- Effectively communicate issues to lead or supervisor
- Keep records of approved and defective units or final products
- Keep area clean and maintained around machine
- Complete all required safety and quality training (i.e. LOTO, GMPs)
- Count inventory to maintain accurate consumption
Work Experience
- Knowledge of GMP standards
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic Math and ability to read charts and valves
- May require up to 3 months of on-the-job training
- Forklift Certification may be required
