What You'll Do as a Bagging Machine Operator:
- Set up, operate, and maintain Vertical Form Fill Seal (VFFS) bagging machines.
- Enter and adjust machine coding to meet product specifications and production targets.
- Create high-quality pillow pack and flat bottom bags.
- Troubleshoot and adjust equipment to minimize downtime.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure machine efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Lift 50 lbs regularly as part of production tasks.
Work Experience
What a Preferred Candidate Will Bring:
- Experience with VFFS bagging machines—we need someone who knows the ropes!
- Proficiency in entering and adjusting coding for machine operations.
- Strong mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
- Bilingual candidates preferred but not required.
