As a Machine Operator, you will be involved in various aspects of the manufacturing process, including:
- Setting up and operating equipment, such as presses, shears, burners, punches, and drills.
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform basic preventative maintenance.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
- Ensure product quality meets specifications.
- Work collaboratively with team to achieve production goals.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Work Experience
The Preferred Candidate Might:
- Have prior manufacturing experience or CNC equipment operation, preferred
- Be capable of working in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Possess basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure
- Have strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
- Need to frequently stand, walk, bend, lift, or repetitively carry up to 50 lbs.
