What You'll Do as a Baler Machine Operator:
- Operate fiber baling equipment to produce high-quality materials
- Assist with machine start-up and troubleshooting
- Monitor bale quality and packaging for accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Work with team to ensure smooth production
Work Experience
The Preferred Candidate Will Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of manufacturing or machine operation experience
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs. as needed
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
