What You'll Do as a Machine Operator and Manufacturing Worker:
- Operate various manufacturing machinery and equipment to meet production standards.
- Assist with machine setup and maintenance.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications and high standards.
- Assist in packaging products, labeling, unloading machines, and helping operators.
- Practice good safety techniques and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Be a proactive learner, ready to learn new machines or processes and share knowledge with others to develop our team.
Work Experience
What You Bring to the Team:
- Experience in a manufacturing or similar environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Be able to read and follow written instructions in English accurately
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a positive attitude
- Steel-toe shoes (ask about our discount program)
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs. or more (with team lifting)
