What You'll Do as a Machine Operator (Mixing & Batching):
- Operate various mixing and packaging equipment to produce high-quality batches of nicotine and caffeine pouches in an FDA environment.
- Ensure accurate setup, adjustment, and operation of machinery.
- Monitor machine performance and conduct routine maintenance.
- Handle and measure raw materials with precision.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products.
- Maintain detailed production records.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
- Other duties as assigned.
Work Experience
The Preferred Candidate Will Bring:
- Mechanical know-how and confidence operating industrial machinery
- 2 years experience in chemical mixing, batching, or food/medical-grade production environments
- Familiarity with FDA, USDA, or HACCP guidelines is a plus
- Sharp attention to detail and commitment to consistent quality
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
- Willingness to cross-train and grow within a supportive team
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and wear required PPE (goggles, gloves, etc.)
