- 1st & 3rd Shifts: 6am - 6pm / 6pm - 6am
- Stable work schedule with a 2-2-3 rotation (work two days, off two days, work three days)

What You’ll Do as a Machine Operator:
- Set up, adjust, and operate machines according to instructions and safety protocols.
- Monitor machine operations for smooth, efficient production.
- Inspect materials for quality and make necessary adjustments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the manufacturing process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work together with your team to make sure there is good communication and teamwork.
- Participate in continuous improvement to boost production and cut costs.
Work Experience
The Preferred Candidate Might:
- Have production line experience in manufacturing environment
- Have 1 year of experience operating machinery
- A knack for mechanical tasks and troubleshooting
- Be able to follow written and verbal instructions
- Have strong computer skills for data entry
- Need the physical ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.
- Have an Associate degree in a technical field as a plus!
