This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic individual seeking a stable role with consistent day shifts and comprehensive compensation. As an Onsite Manager, you'll be based directly at an industrial facility, working with our teammates in a non-climate-controlled environment.
- Stable weekday shifts, Monday-Friday, with overtime as needed
- Base pay of $17.00 - $19.00/hr, along with an incentivized monthly commission structure

What You'll Do As An Onsite Manager:
- Build and maintain relationships with teammates and clients
- Conduct and coordinate site tours, interviews, and hiring processes
- Coach and counsel teammates on attendance and performance issues
- Participate in employee appreciation events, quarterly business reviews, and conduct weekly check-ins
- Complete injury reports, conduct accident investigations and communicate with the risk department
Work Experience
The Preferred Candidate Might:
- Have a track record of effectively presenting information and responding to questions from managers, teammates, and clients
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite
- Function at a high level of autonomy and exercise sound judgment
- Be comfortable working in a light industrial, non-climate-controlled environment
