The Onsite Supervisor role will be based at a client site. This position is the liaison between the client, our teammates, and the Onin Staffing branch. In coordination with the Onsite Manager will ensure all service objectives are met.

What You’ll Do as an Onsite Supervisor:
- Supervise and manage the onsite workforce, including daily check-ins, attendance tracking, and scheduling to meet client needs
- Oversee the check-in process and end-of-shift paperwork
- Manage time clock punches per shift to ensure accurate timekeeping
- Act as the primary point of contact for client representatives, addressing staffing requirements and promptly resolving issues
- Build and maintain relationships with teammates and clients to foster a productive work environment
Work Experience
The Preferred Candidate Might:
- Have 2-4 years of experience in staffing, human resources, or supervisory roles
- Be skilled in multitasking and staying organized in fast-paced environments
- Have a solid understanding of employment laws (e.g., ADA, EEO, FMLA)
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Bring strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with clients and teammates
