Job Title: Sales Representative
Job Location: Albuquerque NM
Pay Rate: $60,000 annually base commission
Hours: (7:30 AM – 5PM)
Job Duties:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers through cold calling or by the way of assigned qualified leads
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Job requirements:
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Manage both leads and customers in detailed CRM software
- Create sales material to present to customers
- Prepare formal quotes and send appropriate product samples
- Communicate and collaborate with customer service, marketing, accounting and warehouse teams
- Assist with management of ecommerce website
Work Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Familiarity with solar sales
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong work ethic
