We are Solar Pros PNW and our mission is to lower the cost of solar for homeowners in New Mexico. We want experienced solar reps who are looking for the best pay scales, culture, and organization in the solar world. Position Details:
- Generate interest from customers who are interested in solar
- Help residential customers save money on their energy costs
- 1099 independence, 100% Commission
- Educate homeowners on the positive effects of solar energy including energy cost savings, clean energy, and worthwhile investment to increase home value
- Must attend and pass applicable sales training
- Be able to efficiently communicate proposals during in-home presentations
- Willing to listen, learn, and be humble

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)Responsibilities:
- Conduct solar consultations with potential customers to assess their energy needs and provide customized solar solutions

- Generate leads and develop a pipeline of prospective customers through various channels
- Utilize software tools to design and present solar proposals to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth installation and activation of solar systems
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns or questions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in solar sales or technical sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for outside sales activities
