Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Set up hardware and software for new hires.
- Ensure secure and efficient onboarding / offboarding processes.
- Following checklist and resolving IT Tickets.
- Device Management:
- Configure, deploy, and maintain Windows and Mac laptops.
- Ensure devices enrollment, updates as per security standards.
- Endpoint deduction and response management - CrowdStrike
- Intune and JAMF Administration:
- Utilize Microsoft Intune for Windows device management.
- JAMF for MacOS device management.
- Implement policies, profiles, and compliance settings.
- Application Support:
- Provide troubleshooting and resolution for various application-related issues.
- Setting up new users and permissions and handling IT Tickets.
- Remote support for users in US and extending same for users across the globe.
- Understand and managing small office network/Internet/access control and troubleshooting.
- Maintain Inventory records of IT Assets, documentation, following procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in system administration.
- Proficiency in both Windows and MacOS environments.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and JAMF.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly with Microsoft 365 applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, JAMF Certified Associate) are a plus.
- Office space capacity: 50 people
