Overview:
We’re looking for a hands-on, highly organized, and culturally in-tune PR & Influencer Marketing Manager to lead PR, talent partnerships, and influencer strategies across Oniverse’s USA portfolio: Intimissimi, Calzedonia, and Falconeri. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this role will help drive brand visibility and engagement through impactful influencer activations, product seeding programs, PR events, and content collaborations. You’ll collaborate closely with the Global team, manage agency partners, and oversee a PR & Influencer Marketing Intern.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of the U.S. PR and influencer marketing strategy in alignment with global direction and local business goals.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers, talent managers, stylists, editors, and key media contacts across fashion, lifestyle, and wellness categories.
- Strategically identify and manage both paid and organic partnerships across micro, mid-tier, macro, and celebrity influencers to support campaigns, product launches, retail openings, and seasonal moments.
- Oversee all product seeding programs in partnership with our media agency – from strategy and packaging to personalized storytelling and fulfillment – with the goal of generating organic buzz and high-impact content.
- Support the Event Manager in planning and executing brand events and influencer activations — from concept development to production and guest management — ensuring elevated brand representation and measurable outcomes.
- Partner with the Global and HQ teams to ensure cohesive messaging, brand storytelling, and go-to-market timing across campaigns.
- Manage day-to-day communication and logistics with influencer partners and PR contacts, including writing clear and strategic briefs, coordinating product needs, tracking deliverables, and managing approvals.
- Negotiate paid partnerships and contracts, ensuring briefs, content guidelines, and deliverables are aligned with KPIs and brand standards.
- Track and report on campaign performance, including engagement metrics, media value, and content insights, sharing learnings with internal stakeholders.
- Manage portions of the PR and influencer marketing budget and support the Marketing Director in ongoing budget oversight and planning.
- Supervise and mentor the PR & Influencer Marketing Intern, overseeing task delegation and development.
- Stay on top of emerging trends in culture, fashion, digital media, and the influencer space to inform future planning and talent discovery.
Qualifications:
- 5–8 years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, or talent relations within fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industries.
- Strong network of influencer, media, and talent industry relationships in the U.S. market.
- Track record of executing successful influencer campaigns and brand activations that drove engagement and awareness.
- Skilled in managing both paid and organic influencer strategies, including negotiation and contract execution.
- Confident leading events and seeding initiatives with a sharp attention to detail and creative flair.
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with both global and local partners.
