CAE NVH Specialist

- Expert in NVH simulation model builds: structural FEA acoustic model cavity coupling to predict vehicle interior noise and tactile vibration under a variety of load cases (EDU N&V, Genset N&V, Road N&V, Tire noise, Wind noise, Accessories).
- Expert root cause analysis of various NVH issues during EV and EREV vehicle development. Create countermeasures to progress towards vehicle program NVH targets compliance.
- Experience in interfacing with functional design teams to create & facilitate efficient processes that incorporate design changes, update models, calculate updated results and communicate solutions to various stakeholders in the most time efficient manner.
- Interact with off-shore team to ensure consistent CAE processes, enable efficient CAD & CAE data transfers and promote excellent team communications.
Required tools: Nastran, Hyperworks, Ansa & Meta. Working knowledge of VA One, Actran, ADAMS.
