Role :- Performance Engineer
Location :- Owensboro, Kentucky (Onsite)
Duration :- Contract
- Technical/Engineer Type: Handles technical work, auditing, and analysis, with the potential to grow into a managerial position.
Overview:
This role focuses on developing technical energy solutions, performing facility audits, and delivering energy-saving projects. Responsibilities include site surveys, utility consumption analyses, cost reduction strategies, and coordinating technical project installations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology and 7 years of construction/energy services experience (or 3 years as an Energy Engineer).
Preferred certifications: CEM, CMVP, LEED, or PE, with familiarity in electric rates and MISO markets.
Degree: Can be in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering (fresh out of school could be the perfect candidate, so you could look at all the colleges/universities in Kentucky or other companies in our region that would have these types of candidates would be TVA, energy, Mead County Rural Electric, Jackson Purchase Energy)
