Position Overview:Online Image is seeking an experienced General Manager to join our growing team. As a key leadership role, the General Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, team training, and ensuring that KPIs are met while focusing on long-term client retention. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in digital marketing with expertise in SEO, PPC, B2B communications, and leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations and lead diverse teams
- Develop, document and implement internal SOP’s
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to improve team performance
- Cultivate a positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented team culture
- Develop and execute strategies to meet client objectives and agency goals
- Develop a retention process to ensure long-term client and employee satisfaction
- Work closely with the marketing team to integrate PPC efforts with other digital marketing strategies
- Continuously assess performance metrics and identify areas for improvement for teams and clients
- Provide regular reports on business performance, including financials, KPIs, and client outcomes
- Ensure team metrics align with company goals and report progress regularly
Qualifications:
- 5 years in a managerial or leadership role, overseeing teams and operations
- Bachelors Degree in marketing or business is highly preferred
- Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing, and social media strategies is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and team members at all levels
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team
