We're looking for a talented and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing team and help us shape the future of conversational AI. Although Leashed.AI is an early AI start-up, our parent company has been established for 16 years.

Role Overview :

We're looking for a Machine Learning Engineer with a strong foundation in machine learning algorithms and the ability to deploy them into production settings. We primarily work with Natural Language Processing (NLP), Speech to Text, and Text to voice modeling.

With 3 years of experience in machine learning your role will involve end-to-end model development, from data preprocessing and feature engineering to model training, evaluation, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and deploy machine learning models for Conversational AI applications.
• Fine tune or prompt engineer LLMs
• Preprocess and clean datasets, engineer features for model accuracy.
• Research and experiment with new techniques in machine learning and NLP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet requirements and analyze model performance.
• Maintain, optimize, and document deployed models.
• Develop testing frameworks and ensure model quality.
• Create documentation and reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications :

3 years of experience in machine learning engineering, data science, or a related field.

Python, Go, and Website Frontend technologies are a plus but not required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
