Overview
Seeking experienced professional to fill a position for a custom label manufacturer. Experience in flexographic printing & label converting. Requires excellent communication skills and proficiency in coordinating with customers and production staff on orders & projects including pricing, technical specifications and coordination of project deadlines. Position requires excellent mathematical skills and being adept with computers to include experience in Microsoft Office including Excel.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
Pay: $17.00-$19.00/hour to start based on experience.

What you'll do:
- Manage incoming calls and emails from assigned enterprise portfolio
- Communicating with clients to ensure that all their needs are understood and addressed
- Providing functional-level labeling knowledge and solutions
- Accurate quoting of labeling, shrink sleeve, and packet products
- Provide accurate and thorough instructions to Order Writing team utilizing Order Writer Queue
- Understand all aspects of the label process from client submission to shipping
- General administrative duties
- Troubleshooting customer issues
- Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests
- Recommend materials and adhesives based on application requirements
- Work with outside salesforce to meet customer needs including samples, art approvals, and managing ship dates.
- Building relationships with assigned customers
- All other duties assigned
