Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Manage office correspondence, including emails and mail, ensuring timely distribution.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment for clients.
