You are the organizational heartbeat of our company, ensuring smooth financial processes, efficient office operations, and strong administrative support. What You’ll Do:
Financial Support
- Manage accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R) to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
- Prepare and send invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online.
- Generate reports and support financial reconciliation.
Administrative & Office Management
- Organize and maintain filing systems for financial and business records.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing shipments.
- Assist with data entry, scheduling, and document organization to keep operations running efficiently.
- Support day-to-day office management, such as ordering supplies and ensuring a productive workspace.
- Use Slack for internal communication and task coordination.
Operational Support
- Work on ad-hoc projects that support multiple business operations.
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling financial and operational matters.
